Normal Craglorn trials are pretty easy.

Cloudrest normal is nice and can be done without meta build easily, you just need some strong wizards in your party to prevent the final boss wipes.

    +1

nCR is pretty great, it's my first trial and I think it's a good one to start with. The mechanics are pretty straightforward on normal and it's still challenging.

It's got me interested in trials now

Drathus Delenu- Dunmer magDk: Shehai Shatterer, Mageslayer, Stormproof, Peak Scaler, Clockwork Confounder, Orderly, Master Wizard, Cloudrest Hero, Undaunted, Dragonstar Arena Champion
    Thoronir Rolston- Breton petsorc: Stormproof
Zaakazha-Redguard stamblade: Boethia's Scythe, Clockwork Confounder, Maelstrom Arena Champion, Dragonstar Arena Champion

    Scrubs:
    Justinius Maximus Decimus- Altmer magblade
    Agronak gro'Mashul- Orc DK Tank
    Valerya Hawkcroft- Breton healer
    Zaaka- Imperial stamDK/crafter

nSO, nAA, nCR are all pretty good to start with a decent build (not necessary meta build, but not a crap either)

Just go to Craglorn and watch the zone channel for lfm messages, looking for members for these three usually quite common there.

I really enjoyed all the normal trails. I think you just need a pretty good group that can carry you the first time then you'll get it and you'll just start running through them all afterwards. (the only one I'd never start with is Halls of fabrication)

Typically there is just a small number of tricks and traps you have to avoid and even then there is 12 other people willing to pick you up when you screw up its much better than dungeons.

All normal trials are embarrassingly easy, but you'd start with the normal Craglorns. No real mechanics and just easy

Hall of Fabrications Easiest trials to start with? (13)

Just kidding. I'd say normal Cloudrest is probably one of, if not, the easiest trials to get into. Mechanics aren't hard and the loot there is actually pretty good.

Normal Clouderest and Aetherian Archive by far are the easiest and they offer some of the best gear .

Every trial can be done without meta builds. Especially on normal, but still the case on vet. However, OP is asking which is the easiest and CR would not be the appropriate for his/her query.

Yes, AA is the easiest across the board. Easiest of the normal and easiest of the vet dungeons as well.

Normal Hel Ra Citadel would be my view of the "easiest" Trial. Then Sanctum Ophidia, then Aetherian Archive. Again in that order when on Veteran.

    nSO nAA nHRC

    Healer first
Because most of all group wait for tank or healer rather than dps and sometime it is very long wait for tk or hl.
Dps is very easy to find

For vet non hm id say

    vas< hrc< vaa< vcr> vso> vmol> vhof

vhrc can be harder than vaa if you go up top, really depends on the team tho. there about the same

nHRC depends on how much of the group is new. I've seen that one get pretty squirrelly up top when taking newbies through.

I'd agree with this, but there are some tricky parts on the end boss that can wipe an inexperienced group, and the up top section can trip people up as well. Though once you're familiar with the mechanics, nHRC is definitely the easiest.

Once your familiar with the mechanics, the only trial I'd peg as legitimately difficult on normal is Halls. All the others, including nMoL are pretty painless if your group can come to grips with mechanics.
